  • KJS Projects, LLC was established to provide disciplined, mission-focused project and operational support to organizations, businesses, and executive leadership teams.

    Our leadership combines more than two decades of experience in the U.S. Army and Defense Intelligence Agency with hands-on experience in project management, sales, and business development. This combination provides a broad perspective on planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, resource management, risk mitigation, and client service.

  • KJS Projects is led by Sean Breen, an Army veteran with a professional background spanning military operations, defense intelligence, organizational leadership, construction project management, and business development.

    Throughout his career, Sean has:

    - Led several multi-function teams

    - Managed hundreds of projects; both big and small
    - Managed organizations with up to 4,000 people
    - Planned and executed organizational change
    - Trained thousands of leaders
    - Developed coaching programs for executives, teams, and individuals.

    Sean holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Intelligence, Master of Arts degree in Organizational Psychology, an undergraduate degree in Geospatial Information Science, and his PMP certificate in Project Management. This combination supports a comprehensive approach to organizational challenges by connecting strategic analysis, human behavior, leadership, communication, and operational performance.

    Sean is a dedicated husband to his wife, Sarah, and proud father of their six children.
